Logitech MX Ink Demo / Gravity Sketch / Substance Painter
Prior to our design team at Vans getting official access to Gravity Sketch I purchased a headset and began to play around with it on my own. On the side and also in the early stages of some project work (TRK 2 concept). Coincidentally our team was linked up with the Logitech crew via newly developed brand ties and wanted to have some help demoing a new device.
I was lucky enough to have enough experience with the tool not embarrass myself (lol) but it also gave meaning to good excuse to develop some concepts that I had been thinking about for some time.
I was also starting to learn Substance Painter and wanted to tie some of the concept work from this into that.






Substance Painter
Something I’d been curious about for a while was how to use Substance Painter, but also to do as much as possible with a blank last. All the techniques applied in this section I’ve continued to use and have become a staple in my workflow.
